Transitioning from a manual to an automated system may be one of the most challenging and daunting task for an organization to undergo. There are so many aspects to consider and most fail at the early stages because of the complexity of such project. This though was not the case when we partnered with EIS Software Solutions. They basically understood our needs and addressed our concerns from DAY 1.

In 2002, EIS developed a Payroll Handling System for our school that simplified the complicated process of computing for overtime payment, government taxes, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig Contributions. The payroll preparation period was dramatically cut down from two days to a few hours of encoding. Since the system developed by them is robust and easy to use, our accountant can finish the job in just two hours and for this reason, more time can be channeled to other important responsibilities.

Because we were so impressed with their work, we likewise asked them to develop an enrollment and accounting handling system for us. They carefully studied, evaluated and analyzed the flow of our transactions and designed a fully customized program that addressed our needs. This dramatically changed the way we do business. From the slow processing of tuition fee payments, our clients became more appreciative of the speedy payment process hence increasing their level of satisfaction. Internally, our accounting process likewise significantly became more efficient. Information can easily be acquired by top-level Administrators or Auditors whenever necessary. The system was even put to a test when we were randomly tax mapped by BIR. They found all of our records and documents in order and even remarked that our programs are well designed.

After more than five years of partnership, we can say EIS Software Solution indeed played an important role in our growth as an institution.
