Instruction for the Installation of Finger Recognition Device System. (FRD)
 
 1. Download and paste into windowssystem32 the 2 OCX
    files... COMDLG32.OCX
             MSADODC.OCX
 
 2. Do the same for the eight (8) DLLs...
       commpro.dll           comms.dll
       msvcr71.dll           plce.dll
       rscagent.dll          rscomm.dll
       zkemkeeper.dll        zkemsdk.dll
 
 3. After this successive downloads, go to "
start",
    "
run" and type in "regsvr32 Zkemkeeper.dll". You
    must be able to see a "notification" of successful
    installation or registration procedure.
 
 4. Creating the ODBC connection.

    a. create a folder named fp4 in the root directory
       just by simple "
explorer" method.

    b. download this two files into fp4 folder
       markDemo.exe       
fpDataEIS.mdb
       Note: when you run this markdemo.exe which is 
       actually the pipe program for the device and
       the computer, you may have to check that a
       message "on connected" is right on this
       program's screen to verify that the connection
       has really been established.

       The IP-Addresses should be set at the range of
       192.168.0.201 for the device
       and 
       192.168.0.### for those PC that needs to be
         connected with it
       You can however request for other IP settings
         from our technical support.
      
    c. click
start,
                    "control panel" tab,
                    "administrative tools",
                    "data source ODBC".
 
       At this junction,
           click on the "user DSN" tab.
           click "Add" and
           select "Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)",
           then click "Finish"
 
       On the "Data Source Name",
           type in "gencarFP"
           click on the "select" tab.
 
       Then, select the drive of fp4, you will see
          the corresponding MDB file, that is,
          fpdataEIS.mdb, select it.
 
       Click "OK" until you are finished.
       That's all it takes for the "ODBC Connection"
 
 5. The Setup will be complete when you are given the
         TimeKeeping Files which is supposed to be "copied"
         and "pasted" into a folder named FP3.
 
    Either by purchasing it from our vendors or
         Agents, these installation will be available
         and ready for use together with our payroll
