Because of the nature of the dynamic environs of software development, we do acknowledge that changes and significant requests are abundant for the advancement of the functionality and usability of any system. It is a common fixture to us that when we do develop a software for our client, some changes crop up some of the times during the actual implementation.
It is in this context that we assure our clients of a flexible term in cases of having some 'necessary' alterations that may not have been discussed, clarified and written about during the negotiation period and the final contract agreement..
Thus, notwithstanding, we remain fixed on the position of our professional fee, so as to ensure a viable development, cost-wise.
The fee is important to us, but we do give weight much more on the success of any endeavor that we undertake.
There are few times, of course, that we came into charging additional costs, but these were calibrated and decided upon in a circumstance mutually beneficial to us and the client.
Rest assured, we care enough to be of service, dutiful and honest to our patrons.
